Scott Hobin

CEO

Scott Hobin is the CEO of RackStar Networks and a longtime troublemaker in the best possible way, in the IP data networking universe. With more than 25 years under his belt, Scott has seen the industry evolve from blinking LEDs and beige racks to today's hyperscale, cloud-everywhere world. He got his start in 1998 at a VAR working directly with Cisco Systems, cutting his teeth on everything from core routing to edge connectivity before most people knew what a data center tour was. In 2001, he went full co-founder mode, launching his own VAR and building a global business delivering new and used networking hardware plus services to customers in more than 140 countries. With two decades of experience, Scott drives multimillion-dollar sales and global partnerships by translating complex technology into clear business outcomes.

Steve Robinson

President

Steve Robinson loves nothing more than meeting new clients and helping them untangle complex networking challenges—preferably with clarity, creativity, and a little well-timed humor. After decades in the industry, he's learned that great networks are built on more than hardware; they're built on trust, strong relationships, and knowing how to solve the right problems at the right time. Steve began his networking career in 1997 at a Cisco Value-Added Reseller, where he served as Sales Manager for the Silicon Valley office. By the time he moved on, his territory was generating more than $20 million in annual revenue. In 2001, Steve co-founded his own VAR, helping design and deploy world-class networks for enterprise and service provider customers across the country. Today, he brings experience and perspective that help customers move forward with confidence and success.

Inside Sales Manager

With more than 25 years of experience in sales, customer service, and account management, Jared brings deep industry knowledge and a steady hand to every deal. He spent 20 years managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships, experience he now brings to RackStar Networks as Inside Sales Manager. Whether it's sourcing hard-to-find gear or keeping projects moving smoothly, Jared is the guy who makes things happen behind the scenes.

With more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience, Luwanna has supported organizations ranging from fast-growing tech companies to global firms including Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC. Her expertise spans financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, tax compliance, audits, and complex reconciliations, helping high-growth organizations scale while maintaining strong controls and financial clarity. At RackStar Networks, she ensures the numbers are accurate, organized, and delivered on time — keeping financial operations steady behind the scenes.

Robert Monetebon

Logistics Manager

Robert Montebon believes in making customers, not just sales. As Operations Manager at RackStar Networks, he oversees order fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and the engineering lab, ensuring every system is fully tested and delivered exactly as promised.
