RackStar’s StarGuard plans offer flexible coverage options for 1, 3, or 5 years on all networking equipment. Every device we sell undergoes a comprehensive 48-hour validation process, including 24 hours of incoming inspection and 24 hours of outgoing testing, to ensure reliability and deployment readiness.

RMA & Replacement Process
If a unit fails during the StarGuard warranty period, RackStar Networks will promptly process a replacement.
RMA Procedure
- Identify the defective item.
- Gather key details: purchase order number, date of purchase, serial number, and reason for return. (Including your RackStar quote or invoice number helps expedite processing.)
- Contact your RackStar Networks representative with this information.
What Happens Next?
- RackStar evaluates your request within 8 business hours
- Upon approval, we issue an RMA number and provide return shipping instructions.
- A replacement unit is shipped within 24 hours of RMA approval when inventory is available.
- Customers must return the defective unit within 5 business days of RMA issuance.
Warranty Exclusions
The StarGuard warranty does not cover products that have been modified or subjected to abnormal conditions such as physical, electrical, or environmental damage, misuse, or negligence.
